Writerside is an authoring and publishing tool by JetBrains, a company that focuses on developer tools. Writerside works similarly to Static Site Generators, but comes with an editor and integrated Git-UI.

My Thoughts

• Easy to get into
• The Editor makes Writerside more intuitive than regular static site generators
• almost real-time preview is a nice extra
• customizations are very limited for non-developers
